City police identify three recent homicide victims

On Thursday, Baltimore police identified three victims of fatal shootings that have occurred since Monday. Shortly before 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, police were called to the 600 block of Hillview Road in Cherry Hill, where they found gunshot victim Kristopher Pompey, 25, of the 200 block of Bridgeview Road. Pompey was the 23rd person killed in Baltimore this month. Thirtyfour people were killed in August of 2015. Also on Wednesday, officers were called shortly before 12:30 p.m. to the 4400 block of Daytona Ave. in Northwest Baltimore, where they found Kion Frisoen suffering from gunshot wounds to the chest and legs. Frisoen, of the 6800 block of Townbrook Drive, died at the hospital. Police also identified 21-year-old Willie Boyd, who died after being shot Monday afternoon in Belair-Edison. Boyd, of the 3400 block Woodstock Ave., was shot multiple times; he was taken to a hospital, where he died.
