Greenebaum buys Pikesville office building

Greenebaum Enterprises has purchased a Pikesville office building just north of the Beltway on Reisterstown Road for $15.6 million, the brokers who worked on the deal said Wednesday. The 74,296-square-foot building is at 1829 Reisterstown Road. Chicago-based seller Harrison Street Real Estate Capital LLC acquired the Woodholme Center property for $14.3 million in 2013, according to land records and Avison Young, a commercial real estate services firm that represented Harrison Street on the deal. The property was 93 percent leased at the time of the sale, Avison Young said. Greenebaum did not respond to a request for comment, but the firm is familiar with the site, which was once part of the nearby Festival at Woodholme shopping center, which Greenebaum owned in the early 1990s.
