Kamenetz moves forward with Dulaney

- Jennifer H. Tarr, Timonium

Finally, the Dulaney High School community will be moving forward. Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz, along with his dedicated staff, has placed DHS in the next planning budget to build a new school (“Baltimore County executive approves building a new Dulaney High School,” Feb. 7).

This collaboration between the Mr. Kamenetz and the Dulaney community has lasted over four years. While we may not always have agreed on the needs of the aging school, together we researched, collected and debated the data. In the end, the facts were recognized.

Make no mistake, a solution has always been our goal. Students do not see politics, rather they see individuals willing to fight for their right to the best educational experience possible.
