The sophomore forward led the No. 4 Engineers (14-6) to two wins in three games last week, including a 65-61 win at previously undefeated Dunbar on Friday that secured a spot in Saturday’s Baltimore City Division I championsh­ip game. Lewis dominated the second half in the big win, scoring 25 of his career-high 36 points after the break while also finishing with 12 rebounds, four blocked shots and four assists. Poly opened the week with a 63-44 win over Patterson on Feb. 6 with Lewis providing 12 points, 10 rebounds, five blocks and five assists. On Saturday, in a 55-52 loss to Wilson (D.C.), he had 20 points, eight rebounds, three blocks and eight assists. A transfer from Calvert Hall, Lewis is averaging 14.7 points, 8.9 rebounds, 3.1 blocks and 3.7 assists per game for the Engineers, who will take on Dunbar for the Baltimore City crown at Morgan State with game time set for 6 p.m.
