Colts sign former Ravens tackle Howard

Howard has agreed to a deal with the Indianapolis Colts, according to the NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo. However, the Ravens let him go, opening up $3 million of salary cap space. — Jeff Zrebiec HALL OF FAME TICKETS: Because of a quick sellout and high demand for tickets, the Pro Football Hall of Fame is releasing additional tickets for the previously sold-out 2018 enshrinement ceremony.
