Saline Memorial announces Inpatient Employee of the Year
Saline Memorial Hospital announced Jessica Starkey, LMSW, social worker for the Saline Memorial Behavioral Health unit, as the recipient of the 2020 Inpatient Division Employee of the Year award.
SMBH is managed by Psychiatric Medical Care who partners with more than 150 facilities nationwide to provide behavioral healthcare management services. The company’s inpatient division launched in 2015, 12 years after the company was founded.
PMC currently manages units in five states and the division continues to grow. Top-performing employees within the inpatient division are recognized annually based on their excellence in demonstrating the company’s values of care, compliance, and community.
Starkey demonstrated outstanding patient care, excellent comprehension and execution of compliance regulations, and strong community engagement.
