• Ernesto Rodriguez, 52, of 2006 S. Johnson St., was indicted on a charge of Burglary of a Building with other felony, a first-degree felony.

Fifteen other individuals were indicted on lesser felonies:

• William Terence Moore, 56, of 105 Colorado Rd., was indicted on a charge of Robbery, a second degree felony, and a charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance (Penalty Group 1, less than 1 gram).

• Veronica Lousia Morelion, 40, of 2501 Kelly, was indicted on a charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance (Penalty Group 1, four to 200 grams).

• Rosendo Cruz Rodriguez, 53, currently a resident of the Howard County Jail, was indicted on a charge of Evading Arrest/vehicle, a second-degree felony (enhanced).

• Lane Weston Baggett, 28, of 1314 Park St., was indicted on a charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance (Penalty Group 1, four to 200 grams), a second-degree felony.

• Roberto Cisneros, 43, currently a resident of the Howard County Jail, was indicted on a charge of Sexual Assault of a Child, a second-degree felony.

• Brianna Michelle Guajardo, 43, of 90 E. 15th St., was indicted on a charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance (Penalty Group 1, four to 200 grams),

a second-degree felony.

• Brandee Leann Castillo, 25, currently a resident of the Howard County Jail, was indicted on a charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance (Penalty Group 1, one to four grams), a third-degree felony.

• Thaddeus Ontario Straughter, 32, currently a resident of the Howard County Jail, was indicted on a charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance (Penalty Group 1, one to four grams), a second-degree felony.

• Ramon Gomez, 60, of 8617 Harvard Ave. in Odessa, was indicted on a charge of Driving While Intoxicated Third or More, a third-degree felony.

• Dawson Hans Mccurdy, 24, of 1221 E. 16th St., was indicted on a charge of Evading Arrest/vehicle, a third-degree felony.

• Derrick Dewayne Mosley, 55, of 904 S. Aylesford, was indicted on Evading Arrest/vehicle, a third-degree felony.

• Olga Rios Perches, 65, of 12907 1/2 FM 2230 in Knott, was indicted on a charge of Driving While Intoxicated Third or More, a third-degree felony.

• John Lewis Henry, 48, of 1506 Wood, was indicted on a charge of Burglary of a Building, a third-degree felony.

• Cody Ray Olivares, 23, of 2403 Alabama, was indicted on a charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance (Penalty Group 1, one to four grams, a thirddegree felony.

• John Gregory Frye, 36, of 391 CR 276 in Tuscola, was indicted on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a state-jail felony.
