Howard County Library would like to invite the community for Pictures with Santa! This free event is sponsored by the Friends of the Library. Join us on Thursday, December 14, from 4:30-5:30 PM, the first 100 kids will receive a free book, no registration is required, and all ages are welcome, please make sure to bring your own camera. Next week on Thursday, December 14 we will also have Stace Buie to answer questions about enrolling in Health Insurance through the Marketplace, she will be in the genealogy room from 9:30 AM- 6 PM. This week at the library we have Chess Club for ages 8-13 at 4:30 PM on Monday, December 11. Join us in the Children's room at 10:30 AM for Baby Storytime for ages 0-3 on Tuesday, December 12, and Preschool Storytime for ages 4-6 on Thursday, December 14. On Tuesday, December 12 from 4:30-5:30 PM we have teen art program Slice of Art with Ms. Jamie, a free program for ages 12-17. Code Club is on Wednesday, December 13, from 4:30-5:30 PM for ages 8-15. Staying in town for Winter Break? Stop by the library for some fun and exciting children's program happening Wednesday, December 27 & 28, and January 2-4. e'll have Storytimes 12/27, 12/28, 1/2/24 and 1/4/24 in the mornings at 10:30 AM. Code Club for kids 8-13 will meet Wednesday, December 27 and
