The Howard County Detention Center reported the following activity from Dec. 7 – Dec. 8. Jail County: 9

• JEFFERY LAMONT KING, 49, of 1601 Bluebird was arrested by HCSO on a charge of failure to appear – theft of property more than $2500 less than $30,000.

• JAMES EVERETTE ROBERTS, 55, of 3103 Sherrod Rd was arrested by BSPD on a charge of expired registration, failure to maintain financial reponsibility, driving while license invalid, and driving w/violation financial responsibility accident.

• MEAGAN MCBEE, 31, of 1306 Baylor was arrested by HCSO on a charge of criminal trespass and burglary of habitation.

• RAYMOND MARTINEZ MONTEZ, 44, of Stanton, TX was arrested by BSPD on a charge of driving while intoxicated – third or more violation and criminal trespass.

• BROOK LYNN PETERSON, 26, of 122 Miller B Rd was arrested by

BSPD on a charge of bail jumping and failure to appear, fail to maintain financial responsibility, and failure to appear.

• JOHN E TERRY, 38, of 1202 Runnels St was arrested by BSPD on a charge of possession of a controlled substance more than 4 grams less than 200 grams.

• JEFFEREY COLIN RAINES, 46, of 5600 Walter Rd was arrested by BSPD on charge of speeding over limit.

• GARLEN SHAVERDIAN, 37, of 408 Ave. B – Forsan, TX was arrested by HCSO on charge of silent abusive call, resist arrest, search or transport, criminal mischief more than $750 less than $2500, terroristic threat against peace officer, and assault public servant.

• DEVYNN-RAY DOUGLAS SMITH, 25, of 1202 Runnels St was arrested by HCSO on a charge of theft of property more than $100 less than $750 and driving while intoxicated-second offense.
