Freddy L. Brown

Freddy L. Brown of Big Spring, Texas passed into his next journey on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at the age of 79.

Freddy was born to parents Juanita Gibbs and Robert L Brown on March 27, 1941 in Knott, Texas. He graduated Big Spring high school in 1959 and enlisted in the Navy in 1960 and moved up the ranks to achieve Navy SEAL stationed in Guam. In 1962, while on leave, he met a special lady and upon returning to Guam they began a pen pal courtship. Freddy would later ask his sweetheart to marry him through the mail, she accepted and in October 1964 they were married.
