• THEFT was reported in the 2100 block of S. Gregg Street.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity: Note – Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 89 inmates at the time of this report.

• HAITHAM ABDULLAH ALGHERAIBI, 26, was arrested by BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.

• BOYCE MICHAEL ARCHER-PAUCHET, 64, was arrested by BSPD on a charge of sexual assault child.

• TORREY DANNIELLE HOLDMAN BAUM, 34, was arrested by BSPD on a charge of manufacture delivery of controlled substance penalty group one (greater than or equal to one gram less than four grams).

• SAUL EMMANUEL CANTU JR., 27, was arrested by DPS on charges of manufacture delivery of controlled substance penalty group one (greater than or equal to four grams less than 200 grams), tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent, possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), and display expired registration (x2).

• DEJA ALIAH FRANCO, 19, was arrested by BSPD on charges of bail jumping and failure to appear, fail to identify fugitive intent give false information, and evading arrest detention.

• ASHLEY DANNEE-NICOLE GONAZALES, 17, was arrested by BSPD on a charge of evading arrest detention with vehicle or watercraft.

• AUSTIN DERROLD HUNT, 25, was arrested by HCSO on charges of no driver license when unlicensed (x2), failure to maintain financial responsibility (x2), and failure to appear.

• JOHNNY LEE JUAREZ JR., 22, was arrested by BSPD on charges of evading arrest detention and fail to identify fugitive intent give false information.

• TERESA LORENE LANG, 38, was arrested by BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.

• EDWIN LEE MATTHEWS, 58, was arrested by DPS on a charge of driving while intoxicated 2nd.

• DILLAN MURPHY, 21, causes bodily injury.

• JOHNNY RICHARD REYES, 33, was arrested by HCSO on charges of forgery financial instrument and burglary of building.

• SANDY SHEIKH, 38, was arrested by BSPD on charges of public intoxication and theft of service (less than $100).
