The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity:

• JESSE RAYMOND HORTON, 38, of 1703 S. Aylesford Street, was arrested on a charge of theft of property between $100 and $750.

• CAYLA JASMINE CARRILLO, 27, of 2203 Morrison Drive, was arrested on a charge of driving while license suspended/invalid with previous conviction.

• JOSHUA LINZY OWEN, 37, transient, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.

• JOSE JUAN RAMIREZ LOPEZ, 21, transient, was arrested on a charge of evading arrest/detention with vehicle or watercraft.

• CECIL ANTHONY CARSON, 29, of 538 Westover was arrested on a warrant from other agency (x2).

• PEDRO SANTOS, 36, of 602 N. Wildcat, was arrested on a warrant from other agency.

• KEITH PAUL LANCE, 52, of 3610 Bankhead Hwy in Midland, was arrested on warrant from other agency (x2).

• LASHAUNA DELANE DELAROSA, 42, transient, was arrested on a warrant from other agency.

• KENNETH DALE MORRIS, 53, of 5944 Woodland in Midland, was arrested on a charge of possession of controlled substance between one gram and four grams (x2).

• UNWANTED SUBJECT was reported in the 1300 block of Mesa Avenue.

• SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY was reported in the 300 block of S. Owens; area of 11th and Gregg.

• WELFARE CONCERN was reported in the area of 87 Loop.
