Nine Coahoma softball players earn TSWA All-State honors
The honors just keep coming in for Coahoma softball, as nine players recently received all-state honors. Earlier this week, The Texas Sports Writers Association released their All-State teams for classes 1A through 6A. Players that were selected were nominated and then selected by coaches and sports writers across the entire State of Texas.
Christian Everett and Avery Rodriguez led the way for the Bulldogettes as they were selected to TSWA Class 3A All-State First Team. Everett was selected as the first team second baseman, while Rodriguez was selected as the first team's designated hitter/flex.
