Not every boat — be it a flats skiff or inflatable tender — can accept a full-featured, multispeaker marine sound system. That’s where the Fusion Panel-Stereo ($349.99, westmarine .com) comes in. The 139/16-inch-wide-by61/8-inch-tall

unit includes everything — dual 3-inch speakers, Class D amplification, and digital signal processing — to produce quality audio in a single, low-profile case.

This all-in-one stereo includes AM/FM, USB, AUX and Bluetooth streaming-source options. Audio control is also possible directly from the front face of the Panel-Stereo using audible feedback to guide the user through changing stations, music sources and saving presets. Installation options include surface mounting with the optional 43-millimeter-deep surface-mounting spacer (no mounting cutout required). You can also flush-mount the unit with only a single cutout.
