WILLIAM R. COX PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOPS

William R. “Bill” Cox is one of Florida’s best landscape and wildlife photographers. This 40-year professional is scheduling teaching workshops to share and instruct on the finer points of shooting cityscapes, wildlife, people and landscapes using a digital single-lens reflex, or DSLR, camera. Instruction will cover camera mechanics and technical choices to control image outcomes (amazing vs. average). You will experience an expert’s guidance on lenses, flash, light , exposure, shutter speeds, f-stops, ISO settings, tripods and much more. The advantages and disadvantages of shooting images in RAW or JPEG will also be discussed. These workshops will be held Sept. 27 and Oct. 25 beginning at 10 a.m. at the TOTI Media, Inc. office at 2491 Palm Ridge Road, Sanibel (Speedway complex). Enrollment is limited to four (4) students per workshop. Cost is $180 per person, which includes one (1) hour of lecture and two (2) hours of wildlife photography on Sanibel.
