NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Commissioners’ Court of Hutchinson County, Texas will be meeting on Monday the 11th day of July, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. in the Hutchinson County Courtroom located on the 1st floor of the County Courthouse in Stinnett, Texas.

AGENDA

Call to order for regular meeting, Pledge of Allegiance and Invocation

*Work Session (5-30 minutes) to review bills

*Consider and/or approve payment of bills

*Consider and/or approve payroll

*Accept additions and/or corrections of previous Commissioners’ *Court meeting

*Public comment; 5 Minutes per person (with signed participation form)

*Consider, discuss, approve any and all items necessary pertaining to county jail

*Consider, discuss, approve any and all items necessary pertaining to County Courthouse

*Consider and/or approve resignation of Derek Williamson, Ag Extension Agent

*Executive Session - Section 551.076 (deliberations about security devices) and Section 551.074 (personnel matters)

*Consider and/or approve and take any necessary action from Executive Session

*Consider and/or approve Hutchinson County Budgeting Policies and Procedures

*Consider and/or approve addition to spending policy for incumbent county and precinct officials who were not renominated or reelected to office

*Consider and/or approve any

ARP grant projects

*Consider and/or approve burn ban or rescind burn ban

*Consider and/or approve disposal of obsolete office equipment as requested by departments

In the event any of the foregoing items are not covered in the time allocated on the date of this meeting, the Commissioners’ Court may order a continuance for the next day until the discussion is completed on all items.

I, the undersigned County Judge of Hutchinson County do hereby

certify that the above Notice of Meeting of the Hutchinson County Commissioners’ Court is a true and correct copy of said notice posted. on the bulletin board in the hall and Courthouse door of the Hutchinson County Courthouse in Stinnett, Texas at a place readily accessible to the public at all times and notice remained so posted continuously for at least 72 hours preceding the scheduled time of said meeting.
