PSP CISD Surplus Property for Sale

The Plemons-Stinnett-Phillips Consolidated Independent School District has resolved to sell the following surplus property:

The property may be inspected at 9225 FM 2277, Stinnett, Texas, upon making an appointment with Jamie Copley, PSP CISD superintendent.

THE PROPERTY WILL BE SOLD “AS IS,” “WHERE IS,” AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY. By submitting a bid, bidder acknowledges and agrees that if his/her bid is selected, bidder shall bear all risk as to the fitness and condition of said property and that PSP CISD has expressly disclaimed any and all warranties.

Sealed Bids should be submitted utilizing the Bid Form, available upon request. Sealed written bids should be addressed to “PSP CISD Surplus Property c/o Jamie Copley, Superintendent , PSP CISD, P.O. Box 3440, Stinnett, Texas 79083.” Sealed bids will be accepted until 12:00 p.m., February

20, 2024. Bids will be reviewed with possible action at the Board of Trustees meeting on February 29, 2024 at 6 p.m. All bidders must be capable of tendering, via cash or certified check, the full prices bid at the time bids are opened. No installment payouts will be considered, and if the selected bidder is not able to tender full payment in a form acceptable to PSP CISD within 3 business days of being selected, such bid shall be considered rejected and the next best bid shall be selected. The selected bidder will be responsible for removing the property from PSP CISD property within 3 days of payment. PSP CISD has the right to reject or accept any and/or all bids, to make awards as they may appear advantageous and to waive all formalities in bidding. PSP CISD does not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, sex, or national origin.
