Six people are expected to be arraigned in Boston today after police seized four guns in as many hours Monday night.

The first incident occurred shortly before 6:30 p.m., when police say members of the Citywide Drug Control Unit arrested Jacob Cardona, 22, of Roxbury on Burrell Street.

Cardona was the target of two search warrants, which officers used to recover 9.5 grams of heroin, 11 plastic bags of marijuana, $1,402 in cash and a loaded .38-caliber revolver, according to police. About two hours later, at 8:40 p.m., police say officers on patrol in Roxbury stopped a speeding car in the area of Howard Avenue and Wayland Street. After charging the driver with unlicensed operation, police said one of his passengers, Ija hl eel Reid, 18, of Dorchester was found to be in possession of a loaded .32-caliber revolver and a loaded, 6-shot revolver.

Then, at about 10:10 p.m., officers stopped to speak with the occupants of a parked vehicle at the intersection of Washington Street and Southern Avenue in Dorchester. The driver, J ya rie Anthony Shoulders, 20, and two of his passengers — William Pope-Dedrick, 21, and Sierra Braxton-Eason, 19, all of Dorchester — were unlicensed, police said.

After removing all three and a 10-month-old infant from the vehicle, police say they found a loaded .357 Magnum revolver on the floor beneath the baby’s car seat and about 28 grams of what appeared to be marijuana. The infant was turned over to his maternal grandmother, and police said officers notified the state Department of Children and Families.
