“Homeland’s” Dar has always been an intimidating figure, but this season, the Showtime drama has brilliantly shown just how sinister the CIA operative can behave to preserve his own power. He managed to neutralize Carrie — he thought — by having Carrie’s daughter taken into state custody (striking her greatest fear, that she is an unfit parent). His agenda now comes into focus (Sunday at 9 p.m.), but he may have, finally, overestimated himself. “Grace and Frankie” returns for a third season (streaming today on Netflix) with a new business venture, a new love and a health scare. Guest stars this season include Ernie Hudson and Peter Gallagher. “48 Hours: The Alternate

Suspects” (tomorrow at 10 p.m. on CBS) investigates the conviction of a football coach for the murder of his pregnant wife. The man spent years proclaiming his innocence, and a court overturned his conviction, arguing the district attorney did not share the complete police report — and the crucial evidence it contained — with his defense team. Now freed, his ordeal is not over.

The Evil Queen sets out to destroy her better half while that brat Gideon ruins Hook’s chances of setting things right with Emma on a pivotal episode of ABC’s

“Once Upon a Time” (Sunday at 8 p.m.). Monsters grow up so fast on this show. “To Walk Invisible: The Bronte Sisters” (Sunday at 9 p.m. on PBS’ “Masterpiece”) finds the three sisters and beloved authors Charlotte, Emily and Anne living together and supporting their wastrel father and brother.
