5. This series doesn’t need a bizarre finish
If the Celtics let this get to a Game 7, they are all but rolling out the welcome mat for an “X Files” ending. Some Celt could twist an ankle, Thomas or Bradley could get into foul trouble, or Fred Hoiberg's dream could come true in the form of a palming call on Isaiah with the C's down a point in the last 10 seconds. A series in which the home team is 1-5 is fertile ground for something crazy — and at this point, crazy would be the Celtics losing to a team that's proven its regular-season issues are real. But the odds of that rise exponentially if this series gets to Sunday.
