Nicki Minaj opens the 2017 Billboard Music Awards (Sunday at 8 p.m. on ABC). With a little help from Jason Derulo, David Guetta and Lil Wayne, she promises to rock the house with a nine-minute performanc­e. Also scheduled to perform: Drake, Florida Georgia Line, Celine Dion and some unknown named Cher.

Monkeys” (season premiere tonight at 8). The cable network is airing all 10 episodes of the new season this weekend — four tonight, three tomorrow and the final three Sunday.

According to the station, he’s a student of military history whose father served in the Navy during World War II.
