Norman Gamache, at 62, resident of Fall River

Norman Gamache of Fall River died Aug. 6 at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence. He was 62. He was born in Fall River. He was a family member of People, Incorporat­ed in Fall River.

He loved music, bowling, wrestling and NASCAR and enjoyed spending time with family in New Hampshire.

Mr. Gamache is survived by his brother, Michael C. of Westport; four sisters, Gretchen A. Roussin of Farmington, N.H., Corinne Manchester of Fall River, Monique Ponte of Arizona and Michelle I. of Westport; and several nieces and nephews.

A celebratio­n of life will be held at 10 a.m. today at Westport Point United Methodist Church’s Howland Hall, Westport. Interment will be private. Arrangemen­ts by Potter Funeral Service, Westport.

Anna D. Harris, resident of Quincy

Anna D. (Katundi) Harris of Quincy died Aug. 4.

She was born and raised in Boston’s South End.

She was a retail specialist and seamstress at R.H. Stearns on Washington Street in Boston, where she worked with her sister.

She later worked for the Quin- cy public schools lunch program for more than 15 years, specifical­ly at Gridley Bryant, Lincoln Hancock, Willard and the Furnace Brook elementary schools.

Mrs. Harris enjoyed her Orthodox faith, grandchild­ren, the beach, reading U.S. history and gardening.

Wife of the late William V. for 59 years, she is survived by two sons, Joseph of Half Moon Bay, Calif., and William of Chicago; and five grandchild­ren.

A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. today at the Albanian Orthodox Cathedral of St. George, South Boston.

Burial will be in Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.
