THIS IS IT: Bill Skarsgard, the Swedish star who plays Pennywise in the new, nightmare-inducing remake of “It” was seen dining at North Square Oyster Tuesday night. Before leaving, he stopped to take a photo with manager Maribel Palin. We're just glad to hear he left his deranged clown getup at home. SQUIRREL THIS AWAY: Mark Tuesday on your calendar. Patriots receiver Julian Edelman, MIA from Gillette this year while nursing a seasonending injury, will be visiting the Leventhal-Sidman Center, a Jewish community center located in Newton.

Jules will be meeting with local children and families before doing a special reading from a new edition of his children's book, “Flying High.” The semi-autobiographical picture book, which Edelman wrote with Assaf Swissa, follows a footballplaying squirrel named — you guessed it — Jules. The latest edition was specially crafted for PJ Library, which provides young Jewish children with free books that celebrate their culture and values. The library will be sending 25,000 copies of this special version of “Flying High” to 5-year-olds across the U.S. and Canada.

Yes, let's get them on Team Edelman while they're still young.

NOT A BATFAN: Critics of “Batman v Superman: Dawn of

Justice” rejoice: Ben Affleck also wasn't a fan of the movie. The Cambridge homey, who starred as billionaire Bruce Wayne/Batman, recently confessed to Empire Magazine that he agreed with criticism surrounding the 2016 flick.

“I can understand people saying (`Batman v Superman') was too dark, or this was outside the tone of what I'm used to seeing with a Batman story, and I think that's a fair criticism,” he said in an interview with Empire.

Fingers crossed he doesn't feel the same way about “Justice League,” which hits theaters Nov. 17.
