D-S boys shut out Medway

Senior Corey Lampman tallied a goal and two assists as Dover-Sherborn (12-2-2) coasted to a 3-0 shutout of Medway in a TriValley League boys soccer showdown yesterday. Jordan Vasselle netted a hat trick to power West Roxbury (57-3) to a 4-0 Boston City League win over Excel.

In nonleague action, Pat Hegarty tallied a goal and two assists to lead Archbishop Williams (10-6-2) past Innovation Academy, 6-2.

Field hockey

In the Dual County League, Waltham (8-7-2) scraped out a 1-0 decision against Weston to clinch its spot in the state tournament . ... Brooke Findlay found the back of the net three times to help LincolnSud­bury (10-5) cruise past Wayland, 6-1.

Sydney Poulin notched four goals to lead Watertown (16-1) to a 6-0 win over Burlington in a Middlesex League contest.

Joanna Archambaul­t kept Andover (17-0-1) unbeaten with two goals in a 5-0 Merrimack Valley Conference win over Lawrence.

Football

Fenway Sports Management announced that BC High and Catholic Memorial have been added to the high school football stable of games at Fenway Park.

They will play on Nov. 21 (kickoff time TBA), followed by a doublehead­er the next night with EverettMas­conomet (5 p.m.) and Hingham-Scituate (7:45 p.m.) getting their chance to play at Fenway.

“This is an unbelievab­le opportunit­y for the kids,” Catholic Memorial athletic director Craig Najarian said. “Any time you can give them an experience like this, it’s a no-brainer.”
