Arthur Perry Sr., Army vet of WWII, foreman, 93

Arthur Perry Sr. of Fall River, an Army veteran, died Friday. He was 93.

He served in the Army during WWII.

He was employed as a foreman for the Fall River Public Works.

Mr. Perry took great pride in his car and was a die cast car collector.

Husband to the late Irene (Terceira), Mr. Perry is survived by a daughter, Shirley Durette; two sons, Arthur Jr. and Robert; four sisters, Irene Sylvia, Dorothy Chaves, Hazel Lynn and Patricia Steever; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and best friend Manuel Medeiros.

Calling hours will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, Fall River.
