Franken sign-off likely fake news

Don’t believe it till he’s gone

Al Franken-slime still doesn’t think he did anything wrong, which is why I won’t believe the vile Democrat pervert is really gone until he actually resigns, rather than just vaguely claiming he’s going to do the right thing, sometime in “the coming weeks.”

Franken-grope can’t accept the fact that he’s all washed up. He went to Harvard, gosh darn it, just like Ted Kennedy, and he never killed any women, he just goosed them. It was, after all, his right as an entertainer. So what if Leeann Tweeden was asleep when he copped a feel, at least she doesn’t sleep with the fishes, like Mary Jo Kopechne.

What a whining, cringeworthy speech Frankenfiend delivered in the Senate yesterday. Despite his show-biz background, he apparently never got the memo: Self-pity is not good box office. He did everything but say, “You won’t have Stuart Smalley to kick around anymore.”

He ran afoul of the Democrats’ new sexual-harassment dictum: Eight strikes and you’re out. He finally reached the end of his rope, I mean, grope.

Cocooned from birth in multiple protected classes, Franken-creep could scarcely have turned out to be anything other than the despicable monster he so obviously is. But of all the malign influences on the ethical and moral vacuum that he has metastasized into, I assign the largest blame to NBC.

Is there any bigger den of perversion anywhere than the National Broadcasting Company?

Just yesterday, for example, at the very hour when Franken was claiming that he would resign … someday … ex-Rep. Harold Ford was being fired by Morgan Stanley for basically, well, impersonating Al Franken.

Since leaving Congress, Ford is best known for his appearances on the dismal MSNBC chat show “Morning Joe,” where Mark Halperin was another analyst — until he too was fired for sexual improprieties.

Just recently, NBC “News” spiked Ronan Farrow’s expose on Harvey Weinstein. That decision was made by one Noah Oppenheim, another Harvard puke, who just before killing the Weinstein scoop was huddling with the 300-pound perv in midtown. Did I mention that when he’s not president of NBC “News,” Oppenheim is an aspiring screenwriter?

Then there was Matt Lauer of “Today” show fame and his executive producer, Jeff Zucker, now the boss of very-fake-news CNN. Zucker last week claimed he knew nothing about Lauer’s 20 years of touching everything but the third rail, but that was before proof surfaced of a 2008 roast of Lauer that was described as “three hours of d-word jokes.” Which explains how Zucker and Lauer turned Thirty Rock into Dirty

Rock.

You can’t blame Frankenturd’s perversion just on his character, or lack thereof. Consider his low-rent background — Harvard, show biz, Congress, NBC. All of which is why I don’t think he’s really going to quit. His pledge to resign isn’t the first time Franken has lied, and it surely won’t be the last.
