Braydon — nicknamed “Brady” — is a polite, caring 9-year-old boy of Caucasian descent. He is an active child and enjoys flag football, riding his bike and rock climbing. He has many talents and interests, including dancing, music, sports, drawing and playing games. He is described by those who know him as enthusiastic and fun-loving.

He loves going to school and is currently in the third grade.

Braydon can be a good advocate for himself and has shared he is looking forward to having his own family.

Legally free for adoption, Braydon wishes to maintain contact with his two older siblings. He sees them at least monthly and has a positive relationship with them and their families. He enjoys being with them, at his placement and in the community.

He loves animals and would also do well in a home with them. A future family must be able to visit with him frequently at his current placement to build a relationship and establish trust prior to Braydon moving into a family’s home.

Who can adopt?

Can you provide the guidance, love and stability that a child needs? If you’re at least 18 years old, have a stable source of income and room in your heart, you may be a perfect match to adopt a waiting child. Adoptive parents can be single, married or partnered; experienced or not; renters or homeowners; LGBTQ singles or couples.

The process to adopt a child from foster care requires training, interviews and home visits to determine if adoption is right for you and, if so, to help connect you with a child or sibling group that your family will be a good match for.
