WORK MEETS PLAY FOR CULPO

-

Ciao, bella! Olivia Culpo strutted into the grand opening party for TOD’s in Copley Place, and she was in awe about what’s become of Boston since her days as a Boston University student. “Copley Place, I did not realize the amount of stores they had here,” Culpo told the Track. “When I was in college I couldn’t do that much shopping, but now I could basically live here.”

“I’m always surprised to feel so much nostalgia,” she continued. “This is really where everything for me began.”

In addition to attending parties for new Italian luxury stores — wearing a head-to-toe white leather ensemble, we might add — the model likes spending her New England reunions with her family. The Culpo clan owns Back 40 in her native Rhode Island, as well as Lulu’s Allston and Parish Cafe. And, fun fact, her mother, Susan, plays with the Boston Pops, so you’ll likely catch her at the symphony.

Culpo, who split with exPatriots wide receiver Danny Amendola last month, said she’s been all work of late. Culpo’s lengthy list of projects includes a role in

Amy Schumer’s new comedy “I Feel Pretty,” with another appearance in the flick “Reprisal,” which stars

Bruce Willis, coming up this summer. She spent much of yesterday tastetesting at Back 40 and she’s also been focused on curating a book club. And let’s not forget about fashion: The former Miss Universe confirmed that she’ll be “definitely designing a new collection” within the next year, but is keeping it hush-hush for now.

Seemingly endless resume and flawless complexion aside, Culpo does show the slightest signs that she’s human, just like the rest of us. She revealed she’s recently been skimping on the workouts — but just from looking at her miraculously slender everything, we’re going to say she still has the last laugh on that one.

“This morning, I was like, ‘OK, I’m going to make coffee and maybe I’m just going to do some lunges.’ I just try to work out when I can, but I have to be honest, the last time I went to the gym has been a long time ago, unfortunately,” she said.
