BENCH GULLIBLE JUDGES!

Time to get tough on deportations

- Howie CARR Pre-order Howie’s new book, “Kennedy Babylon Vol. 2,” at howiecarrshow.com.

What’s the end game for all the pampered, trust-funded judges who are refusing to deport or lock up even the most bloodthirsty illegal immigrants, sometimes allegedly even helping them escape from courthouses in order to continue their crime waves against American citizens?

Do these judges think that freeing an illegal immigrant to murder a Hispanic teenager will somehow earn them a Profiles in Courage Award from the Kennedys next spring?

Do they believe that if they refuse to allow the deportation of these machete-wielding, gangbanging, welfare-leeching fiends from the Third World, that they and their families won’t be killed by these savages when they’re driving drunk or selling fentanyl?

Do these deranged judges think that they and their offspring will somehow avoid being exposed to all the previously eradicated infectious diseases that these handout-seeking migrants are reintroducing to what was once a healthy First World nation?

Consider the case of “Perverso,” one Henri Salvador Gutierrez, an illegalimmigrant MS-13 gangbanger from El Salvador.

Perverso is now one of six gangbangers charged with the savage murder last summer in Lynn of a 17year-old. He was recorded bragging in jail how he and his fellow illegal-immigrant welfare recipients killed the kid — “dicing him as if he were a cow.”

A federal immigration judge had cut him loose five weeks before the murder.

The FBI just filed a motion in support of detention, laying out just how preposterous Perverso’s earlier stories to the judge were.

But the Democrat-ap- pointed judge was obviously desperate to let the Democrat go.

And now a kid is dead. Thanks, Judge!

As you read this, ask yourself, would any taxpaying American citizen be allowed out of jail after telling a judge such whoppers?

The cops knew Perverso was MS-13 but the judge lapped up one preposterous denial after another.

“The respondent is not a member of MS-13 and is not a member of any gang. He would not join a gang but got the tattoo out of love for his country of origin.”

Which he fled, by the way, seeking asylum … from ever having to work for a living.

This undocumented Democrat also had an MS13 tattoo — 503, after the country code of his native Third World hellhole — but “(he) got the tattoo out of love for his country of origin.”

If he loved El Salvador so much, why’d he move up here to a civilized nation?

Perverso also wore gang colors and logos — “SALVADOR testified that he had a blue and white bandana because it was the color of his favorite team and he wore a Chicago Bulls hat because he liked the hat.”

In October 2015 Perverso was arrested for carrying a knife at a local high school — “SALVADOR indicated that this was the first time he had ever carried a knife, never threatened to use a knife, and he never harmed anyone … .”

Remember, he’s now charged with murdering a 15-year-old … with a knife.

June 2016 — Perverso is arrested again for carrying a large knife in Chelsea — “SALVADOR claimed that he was carrying it home from work to cut things around the house.”

July 2016 — Perverso is arrested in Boston, this time for carrying a machete — “SALVADOR claimed he was carrying the machete for a friend who lied to him and told him that the friend needed a machete to chop wood at his house to grill … .”

How insane do you have to be to swallow such a string of fantastic lies?

The judge who refused to allow this bloodthirsty monster’s deportation is Mario Sturla, a graduate of Brown University, selected for the no-heavy-lifting sinecure by the very ethical Loretta Lynch.

How much more do you need to know?

Here is what Sturla wrote about his little pal Perverso a month before the murder.

“The respondent testified that he wants to live a peaceful life.”

Peaceful? By chopping somebody into pieces?
