Toast your sweetheart with coolest cocktails
Today’s the day for toasting your sweetie — and what better way than with a romantically theme cocktail. We’ve gathered a quartet of luscious libations, all ready for Valentine’s Day sipping.

TENURE POMEGRANATE COSMOPOLITAN
1½ oz. Tenure
England vodka
1 oz. pomegranate liqueur
½ oz. fresh lime juice
2 dashes cranberry juice
Lime wedge
5 drops Bittermen’s
Burlesque bitter
Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into chilled martini glass.

PINK LADY
1½ oz. Monkey 47 Gin
½ oz. apple brandy
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. grenadine
¼ - ½ oz. egg white
Add all ingredients into cocktail shaker, seal your shaker and shake vigorously for 5 seconds. Then add ice and shake for another 5 seconds. Fine strain into a cocktail class and garnish with a brandied cherry.

RIVIERA ROSE
2 parts Hendrick’s Gin
1 part Giffard Pamplemousse
½ part apricot liqueur
1 part fresh lime juice
½ part egg white
Combine ingredients and shake with ice, then shake without ice. Strain into a coupe and garnish with a rose petal.

THE SANDMAN’S SERENADE
1½ parts Hendrick’s Orbium Gin
¼ part maraschino liqueur
½ part yellow chartreuse
½ part honey syrup ¾ part lime juice
1 bar spoon white balsamic vinegar
1 dash rose water
Shake and fine strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with dried rose petals.
