DOUBLE DECKER

Country music star, ex-NFL player hubby mix, mingle at Mohegan Sun brunch

- by Olivia Vanni

‘SUN’ SHINE: Country music star Jessie James Decker and her former NFL player husband Eric Decker played hosts during a sold-out brunch at Mohegan Sun’s novelle lounge this past week. The Deckers mixed and mingled with fans over mimosas, bloody marys and morning bites while everyone perused a pop-up store for her clothing brand, Kittenish, set up in the space. After schmoozing for a few hours at the shindig, we hear that the couple then enjoyed a little them-time, grabbing some lunch at Summer Shack

before jetting back home to Nashville, Tenn.

TARDY PARTY: Speaking of Mohegan Sun, Bravo’s Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann

made a separate appearance at the New England resort last week. The “Don’t Be Tardy” duo served as special guests during a recent edition of novelle’s Famous Friday event series. We’re told that the reality TV stars spent time sipping on cocktails and champagne while Zolciak, who graduated from East Catholic High in Manchester, gushed about how she always wins whenever she’s in her home state of Connecticut.

SINGER AT SUPPER: Word is, we hear that Grammy

winning artist Richard Marx

was spotted sitting down to dinner at Zuma on Wednesday night. The singer, who’s best known for classics like “Right Here Waiting” and “Hazard,” has been bouncing around our neck of the woods over the last few days as part of a tour promoting his new album, “Limitless.”

GOOD TO KNOW: While we’re talking about new albums, we should mention that Foxboro’s own JoJo continues to tease the release of hers. The singer took to social media first to reveal the cover art to her upcoming work, to share its title, “Good to Know,” and to reassure fans that it would be coming out in the spring. JoJo already dropped the single “Joanna” this past fall, then posted the schedule to her upcoming U.S. and European tour, which is slated to kick off April 21 and will supposedly have her stopping in Boston on May 19.

FIELD TRIP: Patriots player

Patrick Chung apparently went down to New York City and paid a visit to Dorchester-raised star Donnie Wahlberg on the set of “Blue Bloods.” It sounds like the three-time Super Bowl champ got a good look at what it takes to make the CBS show, writing on Instagram, “Man @donniewahlberg this was an amazing experience! So much work I didn’t know went on behind the scenes. And not to blow your head up, but you’re damn good!!” Wahlberg appears to be equally as impressed by Chung’s presence, especially when it came to influencing team allegiances amongst his coworkers. “Leave it to my guy @23patrickchung to show up to the @bluebloods_cbs set in New York — home of the @nygiants and @nyjets — and immediately flip half of the crew to @patriots fans!” Wahlberg wrote on his own Insta account.

SPEECHLESS: John Krasinski may have shown Super Bowl viewers that he still drops those “R”s, but the Newton native is now looking to add a “U” to the premiere of “A Quiet Place Part II.” Krasinski and his wife

Emily Blunt are offering up the chance for a lucky fan to accompany them to the upcoming screening of the sequel through a contest on

Omaze, with proceeds benefiting the charity Family

Reach. The winner and a guest get to grab drinks with the duo before they all walk the red carpet in New York City. After being among the first folks to see the highly anticipated thriller, the winner and plus-one also get to attend a VIP, invite-only after-party. Anyone

who wants a shot at the grand prize, which includes hotel and flights, should head to make a donation via Omaze before March 6.
