Age 75, of Tewksbury, formerly of Lowell, Charlestow­n, and the North End, passed away at home, surrounded by his loving family on October 26, 2022. John was the loving, treasured husband of 51 ½ years of Kathleen E. (Twomey) D’Urbano; devoted father of Rita D’Urbano & Rocco Carter, Sharon Scaramozza & her husband Michael, and David D’Urbano & his wife Jazmin; loving grandfathe­r of Cacia, Cali and Christophe­r Grace, and Makayla Scaramozza; great-grandfathe­r of Raelyn Couturier and Anthony

Grace; cherished son of the late Ignazio and Concetta (Ponzo) D’Urbano; dear brother of Josephine “Dolly” Strazullo, Debora Smith, and the late Mary “Chippy” Larffarell­o. John is also survived by many cousins, extended family, friends, and his brothers of

Visiting Hours: Family and friends will gather at the Nichols Funeral Home, 187 Middlesex Ave., (Rte.

62), WILMINGTON, on Wednesday, November 2, at 9:00 a.m., immediatel­y followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Dorothy’s Church, Main St.,

(Rte. 38), Wilmington, at 10:00 a.m. Interment with Military Honors will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, November 1, from 2:00 -7:00 p.m.
