A three-time South Shore All-Star and leader of Rockland’s D6 Super Bowl champion team in 2021, Leander topped 1,200 scrimmage yards with nine touchdowns this season. Leander is also a threesport captain.

Bishop Feehan, senior
The three-time Catholic Central All-Star and URI commit was named Defensive Lineman of the Year last season and Offensive Lineman of the Year this season. He led the Shamrocks to the D2 state semifinals.
Amesbury, senior
The Cape Ann Baker MVP rushed for 821 yards with 14 touchdowns. He added 41 tackles, two sacks, a forced fumble, and an interception while leading the Red Hawks to a 9-2 record and a Division 7 state semifinals appearance.
Justin Marques
Fairhaven, sophomore
The sophomore set program records with 25 total touchdowns in a season and two separate fivetouchdown performances, leading Fairhaven (8-3) to a South Coast title. Through two seasons, Marques has tallied 1,744 rushing yards.
Matt McGuiggan
Old Colony, senior
A three-phase standout and captain, he passed for 778 yards, rushed for 552 and eight touchdowns, and accounted for eight turnovers, 72 tackles, and two blocked punts during the first 10win season in Cougars history.
Owen McHugh
Milton, senior
Shifting from safety to quarterback, the senior thrived with school records in passing touchdowns
(31) and completion percentage (64.7), leading the Wildcats to their first Super Bowl game and earning co-BSC Herget MVP honors.
Eric Miles
Bedford, senior
The Dual County League MVP tallied 1,948 rushing yards at a clip of 9.5 yards per carry, adding 1,435 passing yards with 48 total touchdowns. Defensively, the senior totaled 61 tackles, three interceptions, and a sack.
Sahmir Morales
Brighton, senior
The senior quarterback passed for 21 touchdowns and 1,602 yards, adding 538 rushing yards and 10 scores on the ground while leading the Bengals to the Boston City League title. A three-year starter, he will attend Bridgton Academy.
Jon Mould
Xaverian, senior
The 6-foot-6-inch, 290-pound lineman recorded 20 pancake blocks and received a 97 percent grade for his play at tackle. Defensively, the Harvard-bound senior recorded 40 tackles, two sacks, and three forced fumbles.
Aidan Murphy
Hull, senior
The four-year starter was the heartbeat of Hull’s elite defense, tallying a program-record 165 tackles while earning South Shore All-Star status. The Trinity-bound linebacker plays basketball and lacrosse. He finished with 317 career tackles.
Reading, senior
The three-time Middlesex Liberty MVP set program records with 94 passing touchdowns and 8,454 passing yards in his career, marks among the best in state history. Also captain of Reading’s basketball team, he will play at Brown.
Jesse Ofurie
St. John’s Prep, senior
The three-time Catholic Conference All-Star has tallied more than 2,500 receiving yards with 27 touchdowns in his career, adding three interceptions at cornerback. The Rutgers-bound senior starred on both sides of the ball for the Eagles.
Craig Rubino
North Reading, senior
A knee injury forced the senior to the sidelines while his teammates clinched the D5 Super Bowl, but Rubino helped them get there with 832 receiving yards and 18 touchdowns to earn Cape Ann League Offensive Player of the Year honors.
Nick Sawyer
Lowell Catholic, senior
After a junior year cut short by injury, the senior compiled 1,336 scrimmage yards with 20 touchdowns to finish with the most scores in program history. Sawyer tallied 40 tackles and three interceptions, including a pick-6.
Chris Sesay Juan Setalsingh
KIPP Academy, senior
A two-time Commonwealth MVP and three-time All-Star, the quarterback and safety totaled 33 touchdowns while logging nine interceptions and breaking up 14 passes, leading the Panthers to the Division 8 Super Bowl.
