Gordon Urology welcomes Haley Lawson

Gordon Hospital is pleased to announce that Haley Lawson, PA, is now seeing patients at Gordon Urology. Under the leadership of Dr. Hak Lee, Lawson will enhance the services that Gordon Urology offers to the community.

“I’m very excited to join Gordon Urology as well as the Gordon Hospital family,” said Lawson. “I look forward to serving our patients and becoming a part of this community.”

Lawson received her undergradu­ate degree in biological sciences at Mississipp­i State University, a minor in chemistry at Middle Tennessee State University, and she received her Master of Medical Science at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Lawson also completed several months of clinical rotations at Erlanger Health System in Chattanoog­a, Tenn.

In addition to her education, Lawson is a fellow member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Tennessee Academy of Physician Assistants. She has also served as a PA representa­tive for the Chattanoog­a Healthcare InterProfe­ssional Society, which is an organizati­on made up of graduate students and healthcare profession­als dedicated to bringing awareness to the many careers avail- able in the healthcare industry.

Originally from Columbia, Tenn., Lawson currently resides in Chattanoog­a. She enjoys visiting her parents in her hometown and visiting her brother’s family in Huntsville, Ala. where she likes to spend time with her young niece and nephew. Outside of her profession, Lawson enjoys hiking and exploring Chattanoog­a, playing tennis and visiting new places.
