Gordon Hospital recognizes Holland with Extra Mile Award

Hannah Holland, RN, BSN, has been awarded Gordon Hospital’s prestigiou­s Extra Mile Award. Holland is a nurse in the hospital’s medical-surgical department.

This special award was created by members of the hospital’s Employee Engagement Committee to recognize employees who go above and beyond the call of duty on a regular basis. It is awarded monthly to deserving employees selected by the hospital’s directors.

“I am very honored to receive this award,” said Holland. “I love being a part of such a wonderful organizati­on. I enjoy working with great people and being able to serve our community.”

Holland has been employed by Gordon Hospital for six years and previously attended Dalton State College, where she achieved her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Holland resides in Calhoun with her husband, Max Holland. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and being outdoors.
