exist as a Republic. SUPREME COURT The Supreme Court has been balanced with four conservative judges and four liberal judges. A conservative judge has died and the President must appoint a replacement judge. The Senate that currently has a Republican Majority must confirm the judge. President Obama has nominated a liberal judge. The Senate has refused to hold hearings and will not act until after a new President is sworn-in in January. Donald Trump will nominate a conservative judge who will uphold the Constitution. Hillary has suggested that she might nominate Barack Obama. Her second choice might be her husband, former President Bill Clinton. Hillary wishes to abolish the first amendment that protects religious freedom and the freedom of the press. She wishes to abolish the second amendment that guarantees the right for citizens to own guns. She cannot do this by amending the Constitution but a liberal Supreme Court can make both of them ineffective by their decisions. IMMIGRATION Donald Trump will build a wall on the border with Mexico and stop uncontrolled illegal immigration. Mexico will pay for the wall by the USA collecting tariffs on all of the products they export to the United States. Trump would install a program of controlled temporary worker permits with ID cards for all immigrants through the southern border. He would eliminate sanctuary cities that allow illegal workers to commit crimes and not be sent back to their home countries. Hillary wants open borders that would allow anyone to come in and out of the country on their own schedule. She favors amnesty to allow illegals, which have been here for a period of time, to become citizens. NATIONAL DEBT Donald Trump will work to eliminate deficit spending as quickly as possible and reduce the national debt. His plans would increase the taxable spending (GDP) which would increase tax revenue. He would reduce selected taxes that slow the economy to increase the GDP (Total Spending). Hillary has promised new give-a-way programs that would increase the deficit. She also would increase the taxes on manufacturers in America, which would raise the price of American Made Products and reduce their sales. This would increase unemployment and help the manufacturers in the Far East.

RADICAL TERRORISTS

Donald Trump recognizes that all of Islam is not our enemy. But, all of our enemies are Islamic. Trump recognizes that ISIS is killing innocent people and Christians, and must be stopped for all of the people of the world. He will take immediate military action to defeat ISIS. Hillary will not use the military against her Islamic friends. She still will not call our enemies Islamic Terrorists. ENERGY PRODUCTION Hillary has stated that she will continue the policies of President Obama. This means no oil leases on pub- ISLAMIC lic lands. It means no new coal-fired electric generation. It means restricting the operation of existing coalfired generators by requiring tighter and tighter regulations on generating plants. Many of the coalmines are already closed and the miners are unemployed. Obama requires electric companies to produce a portion of their power with solar. So far this has not proven less expensive based on cloudy and rain days where solar does not produce at all. Hillary will continue to require more solar energy. Donald Trump favors producing as much oil and natural gas as we can possibly produce and becoming an oil exporter to help our balance of trade. HEALTHCARE Hillary favors Socialized Medicine where the federal government either owns or controls everything relating to the health of the citizens. Prior to ObamaCare, the United States had the best healthcare system in the world. It is true that there were a number of individuals who did not have health insurance. They still had access to health care because all of the emergency rooms at the hospitals were required to treat them even if they could not pay for the treatment. Donald Trump wants the healthcare to revert back to a private system and then solve the individual problems with solutions designed for the problems without trying to control the total healthcare industry. ABORTION Donald Trump is ProLife and will try to reduce the high number of deaths of unborn babies. Hillary is Pro-Choice and believes that the baby is a part of the woman’s body with no rights until it born and breathing on its own. She believes that it is okay to remove this excess flesh without penalty any time prior to birth.
