TOBI Says, It’s your fault

- Tobi Says

What do you think? Have you heard that before? Everybody likes to blame someone else. Blame is a very dangerous word. It causes lots of troubles.

No one likes to take the blame. It is even worse when you get blamed for what someone else did.

When you break something, it is important to make it right. The first issue is to fix what was broken. Then you can deal with the feelings that follow, and too do that, you have to determine the cause.

In a run, someone makes a wrong turn. The volunteer was wrong, or not there, or the sign got moved. In a car wreck, it could be a sign was missed. It could be something breaks on the car. Or the driver tried to beat someone to the corner. On a job, it could be a belt broke, or someone looked away at the wrong time. In school, it is usually because someone did not listen to instructions.

In each of these cases, the feelings, thoughts, and excuses will be different. And they will be different, depending on the position of the person.

Blaming someone else does not make anybody feel better. Understanding the cause is more helpful. But taking responsibil- ity is even more important. Few people like to take responsibility for themselves, much less anybody else.

Remember Jesus took your sins, blame, mistakes and wrong choices for you when He died on the cross for you. He took your responsibilities and paid the price for you. He fixed the cause. He took the sins of the world.

Will you accept His gift? Your fault caused His pain, when He took the responsibility for you. His Joy is for you, when you receive Him. Do it today.
