City recognizes Red Ribbon Week, presented proclamation by Greater Rome Young Marines
The Calhoun City Council this week signed a proclamation declaring Oct. 23 - 31 Red Ribbon Week in Calhoun. The proclamation was presented by the Greater Rome Young Marines.
The city recognized that there is hope in winning the war on drugs through education and drug demand reduction, along with the hard work and determination of organizations such as the Young Marines.
