a welded rebar tree, and a PVC pipe tree, to name a few. There is a color scheme for every décor, from heart- warming red and green to fuchsia and lime. Rustic to refined describe the centerpieces and wreaths that can grace either cabin or country estate.
The arts center is offering a special “Holly Jolly Ladies’ Lunch,” catered by David Burton of Wall Street Catering, on Tuesday, Nov. 15, at noon. Guests will enjoy a festive luncheon, seated at tables decorated with holiday centerpieces, which will be raffled during the event to benefit the arts center. Afterward, the ladies may tour Festival of Trees and shop the Mistletoe Market. Tickets are $ 20 per person and may be reserved by calling 706- 629- 2599. Seating is limited.
Festival of Trees is one of the arts center’s largest fundraisers of the year, helping to support the Roland Hayes Museum, plays, concerts, and children’s programming. Donors have the option of placing promotional printed materials beside their entries. Guidelines and entry deadlines may be found online at www. harrisartscenter. com. If preferred, designer elves will customize a tree for you for $ 200, a specialty gift basket for $ 150, or wreath or centerpiece for $ 100.
