TOBI Says, How about camp?

had a great group of staff and campers. They were ready for some fun. It began with a great meal. Everybody loves to eat. Each cabin had a table, and they became a team. It is always fun to be a part of a team.

Then there was a time for group games. Young people from all around the area, became automatic friends. The chapel time began with some fun songs, and then some more serious ones to prepare for the worship time. The message time was not just a story time. It was a lesson time. There are many good Bible stories, but the purpose of each story is to teach a particular lesson.

Some people can tell you about a trip to the grocery store, and make it very exciting. They are great story tellers. The best teacher can be a good story teller, and teach you the lesson at the same time. They make learning fun, and special. Jesus must have been a great story teller, and a great teacher. Just think what it was like listening to Him.

There were other fun activities at the camp over the weekend. But the main purpose was to introduce each person there to Jesus. And the other purpose was to show each camper that Christians can have fun learning, and studying, and fellowshipping with other Christians.

So begin now planning to go to camp next summer. Pick a good Bible camp. Find the date. And then begin saving your money so that you will be sure to be there, and not miss any of the fun and excitement of the camp experience.
