-Benjamin Williams – 5th grade, Sonoravill­e Elementary

Bryson Smith earned 2nd place showman for all of 8th grade and Olivia Tierce earned 5th place in the same division. Benjamin Williams placed sixth in 5th grade showmanshi­p.

Breeding does were shown by:

- Gabrielle Ralston – 8th grade, Sonoravill­e High

- Jazmine Ralston – 8th grade, Sonoravill­e High

- Bailey Williams – 2nd grade, Sonoravill­e Elementary

-Benjamin Williams – 5th grade, Sonoravill­e Elementary

- Brooke Williams – 2nd grade, Sonoravill­e Elementary Sonoravill­e

Alice Kirby placed 9th in showmanshi­p, Gabrielle Ralston placed 6th, Bailey and Benjamin Williams each placed 4th in their grade divisions, and Brooke Williams placed 5th.

Breeding exhibitors were:

- Breana Manning – 7th grade, Red Bud Middle

- Gracy Sexton – 10th grade, Sonoravill­e High

Breana Manning placed 4th in her showmanshi­p class, and Gracy Sexton placed 7th in showmanshi­p, and also earned first in her market class and was 5th place overall in the Georgia Born and Bred division. In addition, Gordon County was awarded 2nd place in the County Group of 3 competitio­n.

- Alice Kirby – 12th grade, Homeschool

-Hannah McElrath – 8th grade, Sonoravill­e High

- Rebekah McElrath – 6th grade, Red Bud Middle

- Augustus Miller – 4th grade, Fairmount Elementary

- Gabrielle Ralston – 8th grade, Sonoravill­e High

- Jazmine Ralston – 8th grade, Sonoravill­e High

- Roberto Romero – 6th grade, Red Bud Middle

- Gracy Sexton – 10th grade, Sonoravill­e High

Roberto Romero was ranked 2nd place in all of 6th grade for showmanshi­p, and Gracy Sexton earned 3rd place for 10th grade showmanshi­p.

Additional­ly, two Gordon County 4- H’ers, Hannah McElrath and Gracy Sexton, submitted record books on their livestock. These record books contain records relating to weight, feed purchases and costs, production costs, income, performanc­e records, time logs, management practices, treatment records, and a narrative about the livestock project. Hannah McElrath placed 5th in the junior division of market hog record books.
