-

Conlee, he plans on performing a variety of these hits and other fan favorites during the upcoming show at the GEM Theatre.

“The concert will mostly be concentrated on all the hits I have produced since 1978,” Conlee said. “We will try and get in as many of those classic songs as we can, including ‘ Rose Colored Glasses’ of course.”

Despite already compiling such a large collection of hits, Conlee is constantly working on producing fresh songs. Currently, he plans to put out a new project by the end of the year. He plans on utilizing this concert to expose the audience to a little bit of his recent work.

“We also plan on doing a good bit of new music that night in addition to the hits,” Conlee said. “I always look forward to giving folks a preview of things to come, so to speak.”

Before moving to Nashville and beginning his illustrious music career, Conlee grew up on a tobacco farm in Versailles, Kentucky. Playing in small communities, such as Gordon County, will always be an exciting experience that he looks forward to.

“I am from a small hometown in Kentucky, so anytime I get to perform in a place like this I really enjoy it,” Conlee said. “It allows you to be more one-onone with the everyday folks. It should be a very special night”

The show begins at 7 p. m. Admission to the show is $ 50 for a meet and greet/ platinum plus ticket, $ 35 for a platinum/ reserved ticket and $ 25 for a standard balcony ticket.
