Mission trip fundraiser set for April 8
Annese Blockley and George Seddon are holding a car wash fundraiser at Dairy Queen on Saturday, April 8 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., The fundraiser will be donation only, with all funds raised going towards raising money for a mission trip to Guatemala City, Guatemala, which Blockley and Seddon will travel to in July.
The mission trip is facilitated through a 501c3 mission organization called Identify, whose mission is to “engage a spirit of global awareness and initiate life change through mission experiences and relationships in the name of Jesus Christ.”
In alignment with this goal, the specific mission trip Blockley and Seddon will be participating in is focused on ministering to and loving on the children of Guatemala City by simply spending time with them and by hosting a Vacation Bible School event.
