Pate awarded local Top Producer award and prestigious Leaders’ Circle designation
Northwest Metro Association of Realtors named Hanna Pate as the Top Individual Producer for the number of transaction in 2016 for the board. This is the second consecutive year Pate has received this honor.
ERA Real Estate, a leading global real estate franchisor, recently awarded Hanna Pate with ERA Prime Real Estate the brand’s prestigious Leaders’ Circle designation.
The honor represents the pinnacle of achieved sales results at ERA Real Estate and is awarded to ERA® topproducing affiliated sales professionals who represent the very best of the ERA network. Recipients are recognized in two categories: Total Units Closed and Total Adjusted Gross Commission.
Award recipients were celebrated at the brand’s 2017 ERA® International Business Conference held March 19 – 22 at the Omni Dallas Hotel in Dallas, Texas.

To qualify for the Leaders’ Circle designation, ERA sales associates or selling-brokers must have achieved a min of 65 Total Closed Units or min $200,000 in Adjusted Gross Commission in 2016. Sales associate or broker teams must have generated 97.5 Total Closed Units or $300,000 in Adjusted Gross Commission to earn this designation.
