that way by reason of the volume of exposure to press, radio and television coverage.

This section is headed “Simple statement on Tuesday’s 6th District Election.” My next statement, for all those who have read this far is the one which will draw commendation from all who feel they agree with me and draw the indignation of those who might not agree. Either way I will enjoy just thinking about what many are saying.

The simple statement: “In all the years I have been exposed to politics, campaigns and elections, I have never gotten as much pleasure from a campaign and the outcome of an election on any level as I did the one on Tuesday, May 20th of 2017.”

I went to bed a happy man last night. Please note, I allow the right to feel about the outcome of the election anyway anyone desires. Mine is a personal feeling and I impose it on anyone. The Cost of a Campaign: One can judge how important an outcome of any event ( not just political campaigns) is by how much money people and organizations are willing to invest and spend to obtain a desirable outcome. The report is that the “loyal opposition” from the local, state and national level injected $ 30 million to win this election.

That fact is difficult to comprehend. I would hate to have awakened on Wednesday morning and known I had donated any amount to that sum in a losing cause.
