Halstead internatio­nal receives the Home Depot’s coveted Innovation of the Year Award

CALHOUN, GA, - The Home Depot annually recognizes and honors suppliers that create the most innovative products for their stores and customers. Out of a field of 10 nominees, Halstead Internatio­nal’s LifeProof Vinyl Flooring brand featuring ISOCORE technology was awarded the 2017 The Home Depot Innovation of the Year Award – the highest accolade.

The Halstead team received the award in front of more than 3,000 members of The Home Depot and Supplier community.

Halstead Internatio­nal had previously won this highest award from The Home Depot Canada in 2006 and The Home Depot U.S. in 2008.

Available only at The Home Depot, LifeProof Vinyl Plank Flooring gives the look of hardwood with the benefits of vinyl flooring. This highly engineered plank is waterproof, shockabsor­bing and available in over 40 patterns. It is also safe for kids and pets, as it is phthalate and formaldehy­de free. There is no need for homeowners to hire an installer because the product’s drop- and- lock joints connect each plank tool- free, laying over an existing surface.
