Apologetics (not to be confused with our simple everyday word “apology”)

The title of this section is accurate even though the two words are closely related. Casual interactions and relationship with others in our life often demand of each of us the expression, “I am sorry.”

In those cases it is expressing regret for an action or word which is offensive or perceived to be offensive. Read closely as I say “This in not Apologetics about which I will shortly address.”

If the axiom is true (and I believe it is) “a position well defined is half argued” then it behooves me to define my terms.

Apologize has already been noticed. Now I refer to apologet-
