Brittany Mincey makes a donation to Gordon Hospital

- Staff Reports

( Calhoun, Ga.) — Each year, Brittany Mincey and her mother, Cindy, collect stuffed animals to be given to pediatric patients through the Brittany Foundation. Since Thanksgiving, they have collected almost 1,000 new teddy bears and recently delivered them throughout the community to Gordon Hospital and all the Gordon County Fire Departments.

“We’d like to thank Brittany for living the example that it is truly better to give than to receive,” said Amy Jordon, chief nursing officer of Gordon Hospital. “Her selflessness is an inspiration.” About Gordon Hospital Founded in 1935, Gordon Hospital is proud to be a member of Adventist Health System.
