SES recognizes Students of the Month

Sonoravill­e Elementary School’s character education word for February was kindness. Kindness was defined as showing others they are valuable by how you treat them. Winners for this month were treated to a breakfast courtesy of Chick- fil- A. They were also rewarded with a certificat­e, a free meal card to Chick- fil- A and $ 50 Firebucks. Red Bud Middle School is pleased to announce the winners of this year’s Young Georgia Author’s Contest!

6th grade: Hannah Jones- the title of her narrative was “Queen of Carnival” 7th grade: Sarah Hall- the title of her story was “The Silent Thoughts” 8th grade: Bailey Casey- the title of her poem was “Ode to Me” Red Bud Middle School is blessed to have some very talented writers among our students. Congratula­tions to these ladies. Their pieces have been entered to compete at the district level. District- level winners will be announced soon.
