The church family of Wesley Chapel UMC, 179 Wesley Chapel Road, invites everyone to join them for their 2020 first quarterly concert on Saturday, Feb. 29, at 6 p.m. The guest group will be the SongSmiths. There will be a covered-dish supper.

Oak Grove Baptist Church, 997 Brownlee Mountian Road, will host a special singing on Sunday, March 1, at 10:30 a.m. featuring the Dove quartet from Rome. The North Georgia General Missionary Baptist Association will hold First Saturday Fellowship Service with Pastor DeShannon Davis and St Paul Baptist Church, 428 Pleasant Valley Road, Silver Creek, on Saturday, March 7, at 9:45 a.m.
April
Faith Deliverance Ministry will host a gospel benefit singing on Saturday, April 11, from noon to 7 p.m. at the Resaca Community Building, 330 Walker St. in Resaca. The event will include singing all day, cake walks, door prizes, games, face painting and possibly an auction. Chicken and vegetable plates, including dessert and drinks, will be available for $6. The Basement will hold Nights of Worship weekly each Saturday, with fellowship at 5:30 p.m. and worship at 6:30 p.m. The Basement is at 903D S. Wall St. in Calhoun.
Oostanaula Baptist Outreach Ministry will be open on the third Saturday of each month, taking donations for food and clothing. The outreach ministry is located at 156 Old Rome Dalton Road.
